Which Swedish waterfall, in Fulufjället National Park, has a total drop of about 93 metres?

The story behind the answer

Njupeskär is the Swedish waterfall in Fulufjället National Park with a total drop of about 93 metres.

The falls are located in Dalarna County, in central Sweden, where the Njupån stream descends through a rocky gorge. The main vertical drop is about 70 metres, while the total height of the waterfall is commonly stated as approximately 93 metres.

Fulufjället National Park protects a high plateau and surrounding valleys near the Norwegian border. The area is also known for Old Tjikko, a Norway spruce whose root system has been dated to roughly 9,550 years, although the visible trunk is much younger.

Visitors reach Njupeskär by a marked trail from the national park entrance. Its flow changes with rainfall, snowmelt and seasonal conditions, so its appearance is most powerful in spring and early summer.
