Which Pokémon provides the Water Gun move in Pokémon Pokopia?

Squirtle provides the Water Gun move in Pokémon Pokopia.

In Pokopia, Ditto befriends Pokémon and learns useful moves from them. These moves are practical tools for restoring the damaged world, not merely attacks used in traditional Pokémon battles.

Squirtle’s Water Gun can hydrate dried-up plants. This makes the move especially useful while Ditto is turning barren surroundings into healthier habitats and creating places where more Pokémon can live.

Bulbasaur provides a contrasting example: Ditto can learn Leafage from Bulbasaur to add greenery to the landscape. The game therefore connects familiar Pokémon moves with environmental work, which is different from how those moves are normally presented in battle-focused Pokémon titles.
