Which Pokémon game stars a Ditto disguised as a human?

Pokémon Pokopia is the Pokémon game that stars a Ditto disguised as a human.

The premise begins with Ditto using its transformation ability to imitate a human form. From there, the player explores a damaged world and helps rebuild a place where Pokémon can live together. This unusual viewpoint separates Pokopia from games in which the player directly controls a human Trainer.

The story and gameplay are built around the tension between appearance and identity. Although the character looks human while carrying out tasks such as crafting and construction, the protagonist remains Ditto and can use Pokémon-derived abilities.

Other Pokémon spin-offs also feature unusual protagonists, including human characters who enter Pokémon worlds or Pokémon who form exploration teams. They do not, however, use a human-disguised Ditto as the central playable character. That premise is specifically associated with Pokopia.
