Which developer made Lego Racers 2 for Windows and PlayStation 2?

The story behind the answer

Attention to Detail made Lego Racers 2 for Windows and PlayStation 2.

The British studio developed the main versions of this 2001 racing game, while Pocket Studios handled the separate Game Boy Advance edition. That platform distinction explains why both companies can appear in credits, but Attention to Detail is the canonical answer for the Windows and PS2 releases.

Lego Racers 2 followed the 1999 game Lego Racers and expanded the formula into an adventure across five themed worlds. Players built vehicles, explored environments, collected golden bricks and raced toward a rematch with Rocket Racer. The game launched in September 2001 for Windows, PlayStation 2 and Game Boy Advance.

A common mix-up is naming Pocket Studios because it developed the handheld version. Visual Concepts and Silicon Dreams Studio were not the developers of these Windows and PS2 editions. Attention to Detail later worked on Drome Racers before going into liquidation in 2003.
