Sienna Miller portrayed the Baroness in the 2009 film G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra.

Miller played the live-action version of Anastasia DeCobray, Cobra’s formidable intelligence officer and a key lieutenant of Cobra Commander. In the film’s continuity, the Baroness is originally Ana Lewis, Duke’s former fiancée. After being subjected to Cobra’s nanomite technology, she is forced into the organization’s service.

The character’s visual identity draws from the earlier G.I. Joe toyline, Marvel comic series, and animated adaptations. In the 2009 film, Miller’s Baroness works closely with Storm Shadow and helps Cobra acquire and weaponize nanomite warheads.

This role is sometimes confused with the actress who played Scarlett, Rachel Nichols, or with later G.I. Joe casting. The Baroness appears again in the 2021 film Snake Eyes, but that version was played by Úrsula Corberó rather than Miller.
