What is the name of the G.I. Joe team's mobile command center?

The story behind the answer

The G.I. Joe team’s mobile command center is called the Mobile Command Center.

Often abbreviated MCC, the Mobile Command Center is a large, tracked fortress vehicle designed to function as a traveling headquarters. The 1987 vehicle has three levels containing command, service, and missile areas, allowing the Joes to coordinate operations while carrying substantial weapons and support equipment. When deployed, its body opens into a more conventional command post with communications equipment, a control center, a prisoner cell, and facilities for smaller assault vehicles.

The Mobile Command Center was released as part of Hasbro’s A Real American Hero toy line and was packaged with the Steam Roller action figure. It later appeared in the Marvel comic continuity, including a prominent appearance around issue #100, and was adapted for animated G.I. Joe material.

The General is a different G.I. Joe vehicle, introduced later as a mobile strike headquarters. The Pit is the team’s fixed underground headquarters, while Rolling Thunder is a separate missile-launching vehicle.
