Peter Jackson’s 2021 documentary series about the Beatles is titled The Beatles: Get Back.

The three-part series uses restored and edited footage recorded during the Beatles’ January 1969 sessions. Those sessions produced material for the Let It Be project and culminated in the band’s famous rooftop performance at Apple Corps headquarters in London.

Jackson shaped the series from more than 60 hours of previously unseen film footage and over 150 hours of audio. The restoration and editing present the musicians’ creative discussions, rehearsals, disagreements, and performances in unusually close detail.

The title echoes the Beatles song and album project known during the sessions as Get Back. It should not be confused with Let It Be, the earlier 1970 documentary film covering much of the same period.
