Ted uses a pub quiz to build team chemistry in Ted Lasso season 4.
The activity appears in “Greyhounds' Day Off,” the fourth episode. Ted, Beard, and Alice are trying to break down cliques within the women's locker room, where disagreements have begun to undermine the team's unity.
Ted cancels training and takes the players to a pub quiz instead. The plan is meant to encourage cooperation outside football and make players rely on teammates they may not normally choose.
The outing becomes chaotic when a group of men accuse Gemma of cheating. A pub brawl follows, and the entire team ends up in jail. Despite the disastrous evening, the shared experience helps the players form stronger bonds before their upcoming match against Chelsea.
