Who voiced Emmet in The Lego Movie?

Chris Pratt voiced Emmet in The Lego Movie. Emmet is an ordinary construction worker living in the highly regulated city of Bricksburg, where everyone follows instructions and accepts a routine life.

Pratt was cast in 2012, before The Lego Movie reached theaters in 2014. His upbeat, slightly awkward performance helped make Emmet an unlikely hero: he is not initially a Master Builder or a famous warrior, but gradually learns to trust his own creativity.

A common mix-up is confusing Pratt’s role with other major cast members. Will Arnett voices Batman, Channing Tatum voices Superman, and Jonah Hill voices Green Lantern. Pratt also returned as Emmet in The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part and several related LEGO projects.
