Which Tennessee Titans quarterback appears on the Madden NFL 08 cover?

The Tennessee Titans quarterback on the Madden NFL 08 cover is Vince Young.

Madden NFL 08 was released in 2007 with Young, then the Tennessee Titans’ dynamic quarterback, as its cover athlete. Young had become a national star at the University of Texas, where he led the Longhorns to victory over USC in the 2006 Rose Bowl before entering the NFL as a highly anticipated prospect.

The game was the eighteenth installment in the Madden series and introduced the Weapons system, which highlighted distinctive player abilities. Its cover choice also reflected the growing emphasis on mobile quarterbacks and athletic playmakers. A notable regional variation exists: the Spanish-language edition used San Diego Chargers defensive end Luis Castillo instead of Young. Madden NFL 08 was released across 11 platforms, including the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, Nintendo DS, and Mac OS X. It was also the last Madden game released for Windows before the series returned to PC with Madden NFL 19 in 2018.
