Greiner created For Your Ease Only in 1996 after developing a plastic jewelry organizer. The product was designed to store earrings and quickly became the foundation of her business. A successful deal with J.C. Penney helped move the company from an invention into retail distribution.

She later became known for creating and marketing consumer products through television shopping, especially QVC. Her ability to spot practical products and explain them clearly led to the nickname “the Queen of QVC.”

Greiner joined Shark Tank in the show's third season. Her expertise is especially associated with retail-ready inventions, packaging, demonstrations, and products aimed at everyday household problems. For Your Ease Only was later renamed Lori Greiner Companies.
