Which mascot represented the 1984 Sarajevo Winter Olympics?

The story behind the answer

Vučko was the official mascot of the 1984 Sarajevo Winter Olympics.

The mascot was a stylized wolf designed by Slovenian illustrator Jože Trobec. The name is a diminutive form related to the word for wolf in the languages spoken across Yugoslavia, giving the character a friendly rather than threatening personality.

Vučko appeared on posters, souvenirs and Olympic imagery during the Games. The wolf was chosen through a public competition, and its simple, expressive design helped make it recognizable to children and visitors.

Sarajevo hosted the Winter Olympics from 8 to 19 February 1984. The Games were the first Winter Olympics held in a socialist state and were widely remembered for successful organization and enthusiastic crowds. Vučko is often confused with Misha, the bear used at the 1980 Moscow Summer Olympics, but Misha was not a Sarajevo mascot.
