Answer
The Cloak of Invisibility
Answer
The Cloak of Invisibility
The Cloak of Invisibility lets Harry Potter become invisible in J.K. Rowling’s books.
Harry receives the cloak anonymously as a Christmas present during his first year at Hogwarts. It allows the person beneath it to disappear from ordinary sight and becomes a valuable tool for moving around the school undetected.
The cloak is later revealed to be one of the three Deathly Hallows, alongside the Elder Wand and the Resurrection Stone. Unlike ordinary magical cloaks that may wear out or lose effectiveness, this cloak is described as unusually powerful and enduring.
Harry’s father, James Potter, owned the cloak before him. The object’s importance therefore extends beyond school pranks: it connects Harry to his family history and to the legend of the three brothers. A Vanishing Cabinet can transport objects or people, but it does not make someone invisible.
