Crystal Tears let players mix two effects in Elden Ring’s Flask of Wondrous Physick.

Players find Crystal Tears throughout the Lands Between, most commonly at Minor Erdtree locations after defeating an Erdtree Avatar or another guardian. Each tear provides a particular temporary effect, such as restoring health, increasing attributes, or changing damage behavior.

At a Site of Grace, the player can combine two collected Crystal Tears in the Flask of Wondrous Physick. The resulting drink can be customized before use and gives both selected effects when consumed, making it useful for exploration and boss battles.

Crystal Tears are different from Sacred Tears and Golden Seeds. Sacred Tears improve the amount restored by regular flasks, while Golden Seeds increase the number of flask charges. Crystal Tears instead customize the special mixed flask.
