Which ending is unlocked by completing Ranni’s questline in Elden Ring?

Completing Ranni’s questline in Elden Ring unlocks the Age of Stars ending.

Ranni’s route takes the player through major locations and encounters including Nokron, the Lake of Rot, and the Moonlight Altar. After completing the quest, the player can summon Ranni’s blue summon sign after the final boss to choose the Age of Stars conclusion.

In this ending, Ranni becomes the new god of the coming age and departs with the Tarnished on a thousand-year journey. The ending’s imagery and dialogue emphasize distance from the Golden Order and a new order associated with the dark moon and stars.

Age of Stars is one of Elden Ring’s primary endings, but it is not automatically selected merely by meeting Ranni. The questline must be completed, and the player must use her summon sign at the appropriate moment. This differs from endings selected through the standard fractured Marika interaction.
