Which item increases the number of Flask uses in Elden Ring?

A Golden Seed increases the number of Flask uses in Elden Ring.

Players spend Golden Seeds at Sites of Grace to increase the total number of charges available for the Flask of Crimson Tears and Flask of Cerulean Tears. The seeds are commonly found near small golden saplings scattered throughout the Lands Between, although some are obtained through exploration and progression.

Golden Seeds are often confused with Sacred Tears. Golden Seeds increase the number of times the flasks can be used, while Sacred Tears improve how much health or focus points each flask charge restores. These are separate upgrades and both are important for character survival.

The number of Golden Seeds required for another charge changes as the player expands the flask supply, so collecting one does not always immediately produce the same result. Flask allocation can also be adjusted at a Site of Grace, allowing players to choose how many charges go to health and how many go to FP.
