Which filmmaker composed the music for Spider-Man: Brand New Day?

The story behind the answer

Michael Giacchino composed the music for Spider-Man: Brand New Day. He is a major film composer whose credits include numerous Pixar, Marvel, and other blockbuster productions.

Giacchino previously composed the scores for the MCU Spider-Man films Homecoming, Far From Home, and No Way Home. His return gives the fourth film musical continuity with Tom Holland’s earlier Spider-Man adventures.

A film score is the original instrumental music written to accompany the movie. It differs from a soundtrack album, which may include songs or other tracks released commercially. The film’s composer also differs from the record label that distributes a soundtrack, so those answers should not be treated as interchangeable.
