Location filming for Spider-Man: Brand New Day took place in Glasgow, Scotland.
Glasgow was one of the real-world locations used during production, while additional location work took place throughout England. The production also used soundstages at Pinewood Studios in England for controlled sets and technical filming.
Filming in Glasgow allowed the production to use existing streets and architecture as part of the film’s world. Location work is common in superhero movies because it gives action and character scenes a sense of scale that can be difficult to reproduce entirely on a soundstage.
Principal photography ran from August to December 2025. The movie was later released in the United States on July 31, 2026, after its Hollywood premiere.
