Which company published Elden Ring’s 2024 expansion Shadow of the Erdtree?

Bandai Namco Entertainment published Elden Ring’s 2024 expansion Shadow of the Erdtree.

Shadow of the Erdtree was developed by FromSoftware and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. It expands Elden Ring with the Realm of Shadow, a new land connected to the story of Miquella and accessible from the original game after meeting an entry requirement.

The expansion released on June 21, 2024, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. It added new regions, enemies, bosses, weapons, skills, spells, and story material.

FromSoftware and Bandai Namco are often swapped in answers because both names are closely attached to the project. FromSoftware is the developer; Bandai Namco Entertainment is the publisher for both the base game and its expansion.
