Which character leads the North Wind in Penguins of Madagascar?

Classified leads the North Wind in Penguins of Madagascar.

Classified is an anthropomorphic wolf and the commander of the North Wind, an elite undercover organization that assists animals in danger. He first encounters Skipper, Kowalski, Rico, and Private during the penguins’ conflict with Dave.

The North Wind functions as a humorous counterpart to the penguins. Its members use advanced equipment, tactical language, and international operations, while the penguins rely on improvisation and their own unconventional methods. The rivalry and eventual cooperation between the groups drive much of the film’s action.

Classified’s name is a codename rather than a conventional personal name, fitting the espionage theme. He is voiced by Benedict Cumberbatch in the feature film. The North Wind also includes Corporal, Short Fuse, and Eva.
