Which character is the British secret agent in Pixar’s Cars 2?

Finn McMissile is the British secret agent in Pixar’s Cars 2.

Finn McMissile is an experienced spy who investigates a conspiracy surrounding the World Grand Prix and the alternative fuel Allinol. He recruits or works with Holley Shiftwell, a younger British agent, while Mater becomes involved after being mistaken for an American intelligence operative.

The character is designed as a vehicle homage to classic spy films. His name, equipment, and Aston Martin-inspired appearance evoke the tradition of British espionage cars, especially the gadgets associated with James Bond-style cinema. Michael Caine provides Finn’s voice in the English-language version.

Finn is different from Professor Zündapp, the German scientist connected to the film’s villainous plan. Mater is the tow truck whose accidental involvement drives much of the comedy, while Francesco Bernoulli is a World Grand Prix racer. These characters all share major scenes, making their roles easy to confuse.
