Which character is reprised by Annie Potts in Toy Story 5?

Bo Peep is the Toy Story character reprised by Annie Potts in Toy Story 5.

Bo Peep is a porcelain shepherdess who was introduced in the original Toy Story as Woody’s close friend and romantic interest. Although she is styled after the nursery-rhyme figure, Pixar reimagined her as a confident member of Andy’s toy group. Her signature accessory is a shepherd’s crook, which she uses both practically and as part of her classic design.

Bo Peep is absent from Toy Story 3 because she had been given away before the events of that film. Toy Story 4 reveals that she has become a “lost toy,” living independently and helping toys find children who need them. Her return gives Woody a different view of what a toy’s purpose can be.

The answer is not Jessie, even though Jessie is another major female character in the franchise. Annie Potts voices Bo Peep; Joan Cusack voices Jessie.
