Which character does Keanu Reeves voice again in Toy Story 5?

Keanu Reeves voices Duke Caboom again in Toy Story 5.

Duke Caboom is the Canadian stuntman action figure introduced in Toy Story 4 (2019). Inspired by a toy motorcycle daredevil, he performs exaggerated jumps and poses while carrying a lingering insecurity that his real-world advertising failed to match the feats children imagined for him.

Reeves returns to the role in the fifth film, making Duke Caboom one of the newer franchise characters to remain part of the continuing ensemble. His dramatic delivery and mock-heroic style contrast with the character’s toy-sized limitations, which is central to the joke.

The other options belong to different Toy Story voices: John Ratzenberger voices Hamm, Wallace Shawn voices Rex, and Tony Hale voices Forky. Duke Caboom is not a variant of any of those toys; he is a distinct stunt-cycle figure with his own Canadian-themed identity.
