Which Airbus aircraft has a freighter version called the A330-200F?

The story behind the answer

The Airbus A330 has a freighter version called the A330-200F.

Airbus designed the A330-200F as a dedicated cargo aircraft based on the shorter A330-200 passenger model. It made its first flight in 2009 and entered service with Etihad Cargo in 2010. The aircraft can carry containers and pallets on its main deck and lower deck, making it suitable for scheduled freight operations.

The freighter required structural changes and a redesigned landing-gear arrangement. Because the passenger A330’s nose landing gear sits low relative to the fuselage, the A330-200F uses a distinctive fairing and modified gear installation to provide the correct ground clearance for a level main cargo deck.

The A330-200F is different from the A330 MRTT, the military tanker and transport version of the A330. The MRTT can refuel aircraft and carry passengers or military cargo, while the A330-200F is optimized for commercial freight. It is also distinct from converted passenger-to-freighter aircraft, which begin life as passenger jets.
