Which actor provides the voice of Lightning McQueen in Pixar's Cars movies?

Owen Wilson provides the voice of Lightning McQueen in Pixar's Cars movies.

Lightning McQueen is a red rookie race car who begins the first Cars film as an ambitious competitor focused almost entirely on winning. Wilson's relaxed, recognizable delivery helped define the character's confident but gradually more thoughtful personality.

McQueen appears in Cars, Cars 2, and Cars 3, as well as related short-form productions. His character design combines features associated with American stock cars and open-wheel racing machines, while his number 95 honors Pixar's 1995 debut feature, Toy Story.

Lightning's relationship with Doc Hudson, Sally Carrera, and Mater changes his priorities across the trilogy. By Cars 3, he is no longer simply trying to prove that he is the fastest racer; he is also considering mentorship and the future of racing. Wilson has remained the character's principal English-language voice throughout the feature-film series.
