What year was the film Rugrats Go Wild released?
Answer
2003
Answer
2003
Rugrats Go Wild was released in 2003.
The animated crossover film brought together the Rugrats and The Wild Thornberrys, two Nickelodeon properties produced by Klasky Csupo. In the story, the Rugrats and their families become stranded on an uncharted Pacific island, where they encounter the Thornberry family and their wildlife-filled world.
The movie reached theaters on June 13, 2003. It was directed by Norton Virgien and John Eng and featured voice performances from E. G. Daily, Nancy Cartwright, Kath Soucie, Tim Curry, Lacey Chabert, and Bruce Willis. Bruce Willis voiced Spike, the Rugrats’ dog.
Viewers sometimes confuse the year with the film’s home-video date: the VHS and DVD editions arrived on December 16, 2003. The theatrical release, however, was earlier that same year. Rugrats Go Wild was the third and final Rugrats theatrical film, following The Rugrats Movie and Rugrats in Paris: The Movie.
