What is Tommy Pickles' middle name?

Tommy Pickles’ middle name is Malcolm, making his full name Thomas Malcolm Pickles.

Tommy is the central character of the Rugrats franchise, where he is portrayed as a brave, curious baby who frequently leads his friends on imaginative adventures. His parents are Stu and Didi Pickles, and his younger brother is Dil. Tommy’s full name is used in character reference material and establishes “Thomas” as the formal version of his familiar nickname.

Tommy was created for the original Rugrats series by Arlene Klasky, Paul Germain, and Gábor Csupó. His first name was inspired by Germain’s young son, Tommy Germain, while the surname “Pickles” was reportedly chosen because it simply occurred to Germain. The character was temporarily called Ollie during development.

The main confusion in this question comes from the answer choices, since Mitchell, Matthew, and Michael are plausible-sounding middle names but are not part of Tommy’s established full name. Tommy is voiced primarily by E. G. Daily, who has performed the role since the original series’ early years.
