In Rugrats in Paris, what is the name of the amusement park? The answer is EuroReptarland.
EuroReptarland is the Japanese amusement park in Paris that serves as the main setting of Rugrats in Paris: The Movie, released in 2000. The park is built around Reptar, the children’s favorite fictional dinosaur, and features a stage show with a large Reptar robot.
Stu Pickles designed the park’s malfunctioning Reptar robot, which is why he is summoned to Paris. The Pickles, Finster, and DeVille families travel there, turning a technical repair job into the film’s larger adventure. The park’s name deliberately combines “Euro,” suggesting its European location, with “Reptar,” the franchise’s dinosaur icon.
EuroReptarland is easy to confuse with EuroDisney or Disneyland Paris, but those names refer to real-world attractions rather than the fictional Reptar-themed park. Reptar World is also not the park’s name in the movie. The Paris setting additionally introduces Coco LaBouche, the park executive whose ambitions drive much of the plot.
