Answer
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2
The final Harry Potter film based on J.K. Rowling’s novels was Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2.
Released in 2011, the film adapts the second half of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, the seventh and final novel. It continues Harry, Ron, and Hermione’s search for Horcruxes and brings the conflict with Lord Voldemort to its conclusion at Hogwarts.
The last novel was divided into two films because of its length and the number of storylines requiring resolution. Part 1 was released in 2010, followed by Part 2 in 2011. The split made the second film the closing chapter of the original eight-film series.
David Yates directed Part 2, as he had directed the previous three films. Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson returned as Harry, Ron, and Hermione, completing the principal trio’s film journey.
