What was J.K. Rowling's first published screenplay called?

The story behind the answer

J.K. Rowling's first published screenplay was Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.

The screenplay was published in 2016 alongside the film of the same name, which was released that year. It expands the Wizarding World beyond Harry Potter by following magizoologist Newt Scamander in 1920s New York.

The title comes from a Hogwarts textbook Rowling originally published as a charity companion book in 2001. In the film story, the book's fictional author, Newt Scamander, becomes the central character.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them began a film series planned around Newt's adventures and the earlier history of Albus Dumbledore and Gellert Grindelwald. It should not be confused with The Crimes of Grindelwald, the second screenplay in the film series.
