What is the name of the valley where Po and the Furious Five live in Kung Fu Panda?

The story behind the answer

Po and the Furious Five live in the Valley of Peace in Kung Fu Panda.

The Valley of Peace is the main setting of the original film and the home of Po, Mr. Ping, Master Shifu and the Furious Five. It contains the village, Mr. Ping’s noodle restaurant and the Jade Palace, where kung-fu training takes place.

The valley’s name reflects the community’s peaceful ideal, although it repeatedly becomes the target of dangerous threats. Tai Lung’s escape creates the first film’s crisis, and later entries expand the world to locations such as Gongmen City, the panda village and Juniper City.

The Valley of Peace should not be confused with the hidden panda village introduced in Kung Fu Panda 3. The village is a separate settlement connected to Po’s biological family and panda heritage, while the valley is Po’s longtime home.
