In Kung Fu Panda 3, what form does Kai take after entering the spirit realm?

In Kung Fu Panda 3, Kai becomes a spirit warrior after entering the spirit realm.

Kai was once a warrior and ally of Oogway, but he turns against him after becoming obsessed with controlling chi. Oogway defeats Kai and banishes him to the spirit realm. Kai later returns as a supernatural enemy who can defeat masters and take their chi.

His jade-colored appearance and supernatural abilities make him different from an ordinary kung fu fighter. The film presents him as a powerful spirit warrior whose goal is to gather enough chi to dominate both the spirit and mortal worlds.

This answer should not be confused with “Dragon Warrior,” Po’s title, or “jade zombie,” a description sometimes used informally for Kai’s victims. Kai himself is the spirit warrior; his defeated opponents become jade-colored servants.
