What is the name of the castle ruled by Ramon Salazar in Resident Evil 4?

Ramon Salazar rules Salazar Castle in Resident Evil 4.

The castle is the game’s second major area after the village. Leon S. Kennedy and Ashley Graham enter it while pursuing their mission, and its halls contain puzzles, traps, cult members and mutated enemies connected to Los Illuminados.

Ramon Salazar is the eighth castellan of the castle and a leader of Los Illuminados. He initially appears as a young aristocrat, but the Las Plagas parasite dramatically changes him during the story.

Salazar Castle is separate from Dimitrescu Castle in Resident Evil Village and Spencer Mansion in the original Resident Evil. Rockfort Island is another series location associated with Resident Evil Code: Veronica, not Resident Evil 4.
