In Resident Evil 4, what is the name of Leon Kennedy’s government handler?

Ingrid Hunnigan is Leon Kennedy’s government handler in Resident Evil 4.

Hunnigan communicates with Leon by radio and provides mission support during his search for Ashley Graham. Her guidance helps him interpret intelligence, track objectives, and understand the developing threat posed by the Los Illuminados.

Unlike Ada Wong, Hunnigan works as an official government contact rather than an independent operative pursuing a separate agenda. Ashley is the person Leon is sent to rescue, not his handler.

Hunnigan also appears in other Resident Evil stories, including Resident Evil 6. Her recurring role makes her one of the series’ recognizable support characters, although she usually assists from a communications position rather than participating directly in combat.
