What is the name of Mater’s favorite game in Pixar’s Cars?

Tractor tipping is Mater’s favorite game in Pixar’s Cars.

Mater introduces Lightning McQueen to tractor tipping during the night when the two friends sneak into a field. Their goal is to make the sleeping tractors react like startled farm animals, creating one of the film’s best-known comedy scenes. The sequence also shows how Mater turns an ordinary rural activity into an elaborate source of fun.

The game fits Mater’s personality: he is playful, inventive, and comfortable with the unusual customs of Radiator Springs. Lightning initially treats the activity as foolish, but the experience helps him form a genuine friendship with Mater.

Tractor tipping is sometimes mistaken for a race or an official event in the Cars world. It is not part of the Piston Cup or any organized championship. Instead, it is a prank-like pastime involving tractors, nighttime sneaking, and Mater’s distinctive sense of humor.
