What is the name of Elroy Jetson's elementary school?

Elroy Jetson attends Little Dipper School. The school fits the series’ playful space-age naming scheme and reflects Elroy’s unusually advanced interests in science and astronomy.

Elroy is the younger child of George and Jane Jetson and the brother of Judy. He is portrayed as highly intelligent, with particular knowledge of space sciences. At Little Dipper School, his studies include space history, astrophysics, and star geometry—subjects that distinguish him from a conventional cartoon child and reinforce the show’s futuristic setting.

Readers sometimes confuse Elroy’s school with Orbit High School, but that is Judy’s school. Judy is a teenager and attends Orbit High, while Elroy is the younger elementary-school student. The name also echoes the real astronomical “Little Dipper,” a familiar star pattern within Ursa Minor, making it especially appropriate for a school in The Jetsons’ orbiting world.
