What is the name of Angelica Pickles' favorite doll?

Angelica Pickles’ favorite doll is Cynthia.

Cynthia is Angelica’s beloved doll and one of the most recognizable objects associated with her in Rugrats. Angelica treats Cynthia as a prized possession, even though the doll is deliberately designed to look worn-out, disheveled, and far less glamorous than a conventional fashion doll.

The doll receives a major spotlight in the season-two segment “The Seven Voyages of Cynthia,” in which Tommy and Chuckie accidentally lose her and worry about Angelica’s reaction. That story shows how strongly Angelica is attached to Cynthia beneath her bossy and spoiled behavior.

Cynthia is commonly understood as a parody of Barbie, but she is not Barbie herself. The name is also easy to confuse with Angelica’s other toys, especially in later Rugrats stories where additional dolls appear. Cynthia remains Angelica’s defining doll across the franchise.
