What is George Jetson's wife's name?

George Jetson’s wife is named Jane Jetson.

Jane is the matriarch of the Jetson family and George Jetson’s wife in Hanna-Barbera’s The Jetsons. She is portrayed as a homemaker who manages family life in Orbit City while enthusiastically following futuristic fashion, gadgets, and consumer technology.

Jane and George are the parents of two children: Judy, their teenage daughter, and Elroy, their younger son. The family lives in the Skypad Apartments, one of the show’s elevated homes in a future society where transportation, communication, and household work are heavily automated.

Jane is sometimes remembered mainly for her exasperated responses to George’s workplace and family mishaps, but she is more than a supporting spouse: many stories center on her independence, preferences, friendships, and attempts to control the family’s technology-filled routine. Penny Singleton provided Jane’s principal voice in the original television series and several later Jetsons productions.
