In Shark Tank, who invented the Scrub Daddy cleaning sponge?

Aaron Krause invented the Scrub Daddy cleaning sponge featured on Shark Tank.

Krause developed the textured polymer sponge after years of working with cleaning products and manufacturing processes. The sponge changes texture according to water temperature: it becomes firmer in cold water for tougher scrubbing and softer in warm water for gentler cleaning.

Krause appeared on Shark Tank in 2012 and accepted an investment from Lori Greiner. The product’s distinctive smile-shaped face and temperature-responsive material helped it become one of the show’s most recognizable consumer-product successes.
