Moreau is the giant fish-like boss living in the reservoir in Resident Evil Village.
Salvatore Moreau is one of the four major lords serving Mother Miranda. His body has been heavily mutated by the Cadou parasite, leaving him with a grotesque aquatic form. Ethan Winters confronts him in the reservoir area while searching for a flask connected to his daughter Rosemary.
Moreau's section combines exploration, environmental puzzles, and a boss battle in flooded terrain. The reservoir is one of the distinct regions surrounding the titular village, and each region is controlled by a different lord with a different monster design.
Moreau is sometimes confused with Urias, a large lycan associated with the stronghold, or Karl Heisenberg, the industrial lord. Those characters are also major antagonists, but neither is the reservoir's mutated fish boss. Resident Evil Village was released in 2021 and uses a first-person perspective.
