In Pixar's Cars 2, who is Mater's British spy partner?

Finn McMissile is Mater's British spy partner in Pixar's Cars 2.

Finn is an undercover British agent who initially mistakes Mater for an American spy. Their partnership drives the film's international espionage plot, taking the characters from Japan to Italy and then the United Kingdom.

The character is voiced by Michael Caine, whose performance draws on the tradition of stylish British spy films. Finn is designed as a highly equipped grand touring car, with gadgets and weapons that contrast sharply with Mater's humble tow-truck appearance.

Holley Shiftwell is another British agent and becomes Mater's romantic interest, but she is not his primary spy partner in the wording of this question. Professor Zündapp is an antagonist, not an ally.
