In Pixar's Cars 2, what is the name of the secret agent who teams up with Mater?

In Pixar's Cars 2, the secret agent who teams up with Mater is Finn McMissile.

Finn McMissile is a British spy car who investigates a conspiracy connected to the World Grand Prix. He initially mistakes Mater for an American agent after seeing him near a covert exchange, and that misunderstanding draws Mater into the international espionage plot. Finn is voiced by Michael Caine in the English-language film.

Mater's role contrasts with Finn's polished spy persona. Mater is a tow truck from Radiator Springs, but his unusual behavior and accidental observations repeatedly help the investigation. Their partnership forms the central buddy-comedy relationship of Cars 2.

Holley Shiftwell is another British intelligence agent and becomes Mater's romantic partner, which makes her a frequent answer mix-up. Professor Zündapp is an antagonist, while Miles Axlerod is the former oil magnate whose public role hides the larger scheme.
