In Kung Fu Panda 3, Po reunites with his kind in the panda village.
The panda village is a hidden community where Po meets other giant pandas, including his biological father, Li Shan. Its secluded location protects the remaining pandas and preserves their communal traditions.
Po initially struggles to teach the villagers kung fu because they do not resemble conventional martial-arts students. He eventually develops training methods based on their individual personalities and natural abilities.
The village is sometimes confused with the Valley of Peace, where Po lives and trains, or with Gongmen City, the principal setting of Kung Fu Panda 2. Juniper City belongs to Kung Fu Panda 4. The village’s simple name is commonly rendered as “panda village” in franchise summaries.
