In Elden Ring, Erdtree’s Favor increases maximum equip load, HP, and stamina.

Erdtree’s Favor is a talisman based on the blessing of the Erdtree. Its effects raise three core survival and equipment statistics at once: maximum health, maximum stamina, and maximum equip load. The talisman has two stronger versions, Erdtree’s Favor +1 and Erdtree’s Favor +2, with progressively larger bonuses.
