In Elden Ring, which remembrance is exchanged for the Starscourge Greatsword?

In Elden Ring, the remembrance exchanged for the Starscourge Greatsword is the Remembrance of the Starscourge.

The remembrance is earned by defeating Starscourge Radahn, one of the game’s major demigod bosses. At the end of the battle, the player receives his remembrance, which can be exchanged at Finger Reader Enia in Roundtable Hold. One of its notable rewards is the Starscourge Greatsword, a colossal weapon associated with Radahn’s gravity powers.

Remembrances generally offer a choice between two special rewards, although they can also be consumed for a large number of runes. The Starscourge remembrance can therefore be spent for its rune value or preserved for one of Radahn’s unique items. Walking Mausoleums can duplicate certain remembrances, allowing players to claim more than one reward across a playthrough.
