The standard KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack contains nine original songs. These songs were written specifically for the film and are performed under the fictional identities HUNTR/X and Saja Boys.
The album also includes three previously released songs: TWICE’s “Strategy,” MeloMance’s “Love, Maybe,” and “Path” by Jokers. That distinction explains why different descriptions may refer to the album’s original songs or to its broader total track list. The nine-song figure applies to the original material, not every recording included on the standard release.
A deluxe edition later added “Prologue (Hunter’s Mantra)” and “Jinu’s Lament,” along with alternate versions such as instrumental, a cappella, and sing-along tracks. Those additions do not change the number of original songs identified on the standard album. The film’s soundtrack is unusually important to the narrative because its lyrics reveal character motivations and advance the story.
