Who plays Rocky's son Robert in Rocky Balboa?

Milo Ventimiglia plays Rocky's son Robert in Rocky Balboa.

Ventimiglia portrays Robert Balboa Jr., Rocky and Adrian's only child. Unlike his famous father, Robert generally uses his given name rather than the nickname Rocky, and the film presents him as an adult struggling under the weight of his father's legacy and public image.

Rocky Balboa, released in 2006, is the sixth film in the original Rocky series. Its story focuses less on championship glory than on Rocky's grief after Adrian's death and his attempt to repair his strained relationship with Robert. Ventimiglia returned as Robert in Creed II, making the role part of the wider franchise continuity.

A common mix-up is confusing Ventimiglia with Sage Stallone, Sylvester Stallone's real-life son. Sage played Rocky Jr. in Rocky V, while Ventimiglia took over the role for Rocky Balboa and Creed II. Michael B. Jordan is associated with Adonis Creed, and Frank Stallone played Paulie Pennino's brother, not Robert Balboa.
