Who played Mia Toretto in the Fast & Furious films?

Jordana Brewster played Mia Toretto in the Fast & Furious films.

Brewster debuted as Mia in The Fast and the Furious, released in 2001. Mia is Dominic Toretto’s sister and Brian O’Conner’s love interest, placing her at the center of both the Toretto family and the early undercover-police storyline.

Mia is sometimes confused with other prominent women in the series. Letty Ortiz is played by Michelle Rodriguez, Elena Neves by Elsa Pataky, and Ramsey by Nathalie Emmanuel. Those characters belong to the same ensemble but are not Mia.

Brewster returned for later main-series films, including Fast & Furious, Fast Five, Fast & Furious 6, Furious 7, F9, and Fast X. Mia’s character also becomes the mother of Brian and Jack with Brian O’Conner.
