Who is the primary antagonist of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves?

The primary antagonist of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is Zoran Lazarević. He is a ruthless Serbian war criminal who commands a heavily armed militia during Nathan Drake's search for the Cintamani Stone.

Lazarević hires Harry Flynn to betray Drake and steal information about Marco Polo's lost fleet. When the expedition reveals that the fleet does not contain the stone, Lazarević turns his attention to Shambhala, the legendary city believed to hold the powerful Tree of Life. His search takes him through Nepal and Tibet and contributes to a regional civil war.

The character is portrayed as unusually durable and physically intimidating. He survived a NATO bombing raid that was believed to have killed him, leaving extensive scars across his face. His obsession with power ultimately leads him to consume the resin of the Tree of Life.
