Who directed Disney's 2018 film Christopher Robin?

Marc Forster directed Disney's 2018 film Christopher Robin.

The film combines live action with computer-generated versions of Pooh and the other Hundred Acre Wood characters. It follows an adult Christopher Robin who has become focused on work and efficiency before being reunited with his childhood friend Pooh.

Forster was hired to direct the project in 2016. The film stars Ewan McGregor as the adult Christopher Robin, with Jim Cummings providing the voices of Winnie the Pooh and Tigger. Hayley Atwell plays Christopher's wife, Evelyn.

Christopher Robin is not a direct adaptation of one specific Milne book. Instead, it uses the established characters and themes in an original story about adulthood, memory and imagination. The film premiered in 2018 and received an Academy Award nomination for its visual effects.
